Registration Methods

  1. Free Registration (14-Day Trial):
    • If you do not select a subscription plan, you will automatically qualify for a 14-day free trial of the system.
    • Register for the free trial via this link: Free Trial Registration.
  2. Subscription-Based Registration:
    • You can select a subscription plan that suits your business needs from our Plans Page: Choose a Plan.
    • This allows you to start with the features and benefits of your chosen plan right away.

2. Steps to Register

  1. Access the Registration Page
    • Click on the "Register Business" link on the welcome page or visit one of the links mentioned above to begin.
  2. Complete the Registration Steps
    The registration involves three main steps:
    • Business Details
      • Fill in the required fields, including your business name.
      • Select the appropriate Currency and Time Zone.
      • Note: Different registered businesses can have different time zones and currencies.
      • Click "Next" to proceed.
    • Tax Details
      • Provide at least one Tax Name and Tax Number (e.g., GST/VAT), based on your country’s requirements.
      • Fill in the relevant details and click "Next".
    • Owner Details
      • Enter the required owner information.
      • Create a Username and Password for login. Make sure to remember these credentials as they are required to access your account.
  3. Admin Role for the Owner
    • The owner registered during this process will automatically be assigned the Admin role for the business.
    • Additional admins can be added, edited, or removed later in the User Management section.
  4. Finalize Registration
    • Click the "Register" button to complete the process.
    • Upon successful registration, you will be redirected to the login screen. Use the owner username and password you created to log in.

3. Post-Registration Settings

  • Any details entered during registration, such as business information, tax details, or owner information, can be updated later from the Business Settings section.
